Research priorities glass and binders:
In the big field of the inorganic-non-metallic materials we work in the following branches:
- application, properties and achievement of water glass,
- corrosion of glasses in aqueous solutions,
- inorganic sol-gel processes,
- Special binders (modified water glasses and gels), and
- thermoanalytical characterization.
The focus is the elucidation of relationships between composition, structure and properties of materials. A staple around the fields of activity establishes water, which as
